About Us
A credit card is needed to guarantee a reservation. A 50% deposit is required on all reservations, to be paid when the reservation is made. The balance is due upon arrival. We accept MasterCard, VISA and American Express to guarantee a reservation.
Securing a Reservation
There is a two night limit on weekends and holidays (unless other arrangements are made). A $15 surcharge will be added for a single night’s stay. Fitzpatrick’s Travelers Rest B&B is most appropriate for guests over twelve years of age who blend well with a quiet and relaxing environment.
Reservation Limits
MasterCard, VISA, Discover, and American Express, cash and Traveler’s Checks are accepted.
Payments
Please check in between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. If you anticipate arriving after 7:00 PM, just let us know. Check out is 11:00 AM.
Check In/Out
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed for overnight stay. Three B & B cats are on site.
Pets
All guests must abide by Washington state law regarding smoking in a public facility. Smoking is not allowed inside the Bed & Breakfast.
Smoking
Guests staying fewer nights than reserved may be charged for those nights unless the room can be booked by another party.
A cancellation fee equal to the 50% deposit, plus tax, will be charged if reservations are not cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival. If reservations are not cancelled at least 14 days prior to arrival for a holiday, special package, and extended stay booking, a cancellation fee equal to the 50% deposit, plus tax, will be charged. Additionally, if a holiday, special package, or extended stay booking is not cancelled 7 days prior to arrival, a $25 fee will be added to the deposit charge and tax. No Shows will be charged for the full reservation including tax. All cancelled rooms will be open for reservation immediately upon cancellation.
Cancellation
Television, reading lamps, clock radio, turn-down service, desk, hair dryer, bathrobes, custom spa bath products, Ironing board and refrigerator.
Amenities in rooms:
Truck and RV parking (no hook-ups), fax and copy services, local phone, internet access, laundry facility, massage and spa, coffee and tea self-service, books for check out, and parlor games/puzzles. RV repair is close by.
