All include complimentary foot soak, eye compress or eye pillow, and paraffin dip for your hands.
Ayurvedic Treatments -
An important component of your Ayurvedic Treatment is balancing your Doshas. Shawna will take time to determine what is needed to rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit.

Shawna is licensed in Massage Therapy and Spa Treatments, trained in both Swedish and Deep tissue massage. She offers Ayurvedic and Elemental spa treatments as well as Aromatherapy. Shawna will pamper you with a soothing spa treatment and/or an invigorating massage in the cozy atmosphere of the Travelers Rest sunroom. Or if you prefer the privacy of your own room, she can accommodate you with a seated massage.
Shawna offers a full line of skin and body products (samples are in your guestroom), custom made gifts, gift certificates, and packages.
